A new function that will solve the hands of many
According to 9to5Mac , Apple appears to be working on a brand new feature for the iPhone and iPad that it calls “ Custom Accessibility Mode ”. The first details were found in the beta version of iOS 16.2 for developers, and the new feature offers a more customizable and improved way of using it.
Once this feature is enabled, all users will be able to set various things on their device, such as larger text, huge icons on the home screen, specific contacts on the home screen, access to simpler messages, a back icon instead of use gestures etc.

9to5Mac says this feature is “hidden” inside iOS 16.2 and isn’t something that beta users can actually use right now, which could indicate that it might arrive much later. Apple has not yet responded.
In essence, Custom Accessibility Mode makes using the iPhone simpler, which could be useful to thousands of users.
