The internet is collecting signatures to return a canceled series to Netflix

And already the petition has thousands of supporters

As we informed you , a few hours ago Netflix made the decision to stop a quite popular series, Warrior Nun . In particular, it seems that the recent 2nd cycle did not live up to the subscription service’s expectations and thus the upcoming 3rd season has been cancelled.

Immediately fans of the show reacted, with the hashtag #SaveWarriorNun trending on social media. However, in addition to the posts on Twitter, fans immediately made a petition viral, gathering signatures to convince Netflix to change its mind . More specifically, the petition entitled ‘RENEW WARRIOR NUN FOR SEASON 3’, which requests that the series continue with a third season, has now exceeded 20 thousand signatures and is on its way to becoming one of the most popular on the change.org platform.

Among other things, the description of the petition points out:

Warrior Nun is truly a rare series. It seamlessly blends an interesting plot, intense action scenes, detailed world-building, complex characters, and commentary on the blurred line between science and religion, things that add up to an incredible fantasy series!

Of course, the final say rests with Netflix, which has not made any further announcements on the matter.

In Season 2 ,  which aired a few weeks ago, we saw the following:

Ava and the other OCS warriors must find a way to defeat the angel Adriel as he and his followers attempt to dominate the planet.
