Knives Out 2: The new trailer reveals a crazy mystery set in Greece
And Daniel Craig’s Benoit Blanc is called upon to solve it!
Netflix has released the new official trailer for Knives Out 2 or as it will be officially called Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery giving a fresh and hearty look at the whodunnit mystery film directed by Oscar nominee Rian Johnson.
Daniel Craig ‘s Benoit Blanc returns to solve yet another epic mystery, or in this case…peel it like an onion – as the film’s title alludes to. An unlikely cast of actors, who embody colorful and lively characters, gathers on a private island with a Greek background , since the film was shot entirely in our country, specifically in Spetses.
The unlikely and brilliant cast includes: Daniel Craig as Benoit Blanc, Kathryn Hahn as Claire Debella a senatorial and gubernatorial candidate, Dave Bautista as YouTube star Duke Cody, Janelle Monae as Cassandra Brand, a tech entrepreneur , Jessica Henwick as Peg, Leslie Odom Jr. as Lionel Toussaint as Miles’ sidekick scientist, Kate Hudson as fashion designer Birdie Jay, and Madelyn Cline as Duke’s girlfriend named Whiskey. Ethan Hawke and Jada Pinkett Smith will also be in attendance but in hitherto unknown roles.

It’s worth mentioning that Netflix bought the rights to the two upcoming movies in the Knives Out franchise (The Glass Onion and Knives Out 3 ) in a mega-deal worth $450 million . The filming took place specifically in Spetses and Porto Heli. A brief synopsis of Glass Onion was also provided:
