Diablo Immortal: Player Spent $100,000 and Now Can’t Find PvP Opponents

And he points out that he is in a difficult position

YouTuber jtisallbusiness has revealed that he has a serious issue with Diablo Immortal that few players will likely encounter.

Going into detail, in the roughly two months that the game has been on the market, jtisallbusiness claims to have spent around $100k on microtransactions and loot boxes to upgrade his character as much as possible. Now, however, he points out that he is in an awkward and difficult position, since after about 48 to 72 hours of trying, he has not been able to find a single Battlegrounds PvP match.

The YouTuber believes that this is due to the extremely high matchmaking rating he now has due to the money he spent and so he is in a dilemma, stressing that he is even considering hiring a lawyer to ask for his money back , since PvP is what he wanted to enjoy the game more.

Specifically, he stated:

I’m in a situation where I’ve spent a significant amount of money, about $100,000 on this game, and I have a character that can’t do what I love most, which is Battlegrounds.

My matchmaking record is now so high that I literally can’t play a single Battleground. So my question now is: Should I do nothing about it or hire a lawyer and ask for the account money back and see what happens?

For the record, Diablo Immortal became Blizzard’s top-grossing mobile experience in its first month, with Hearthstone only ahead. Of course, that’s not its only achievement, as it instantly managed to break Metacritic’s record to become the  lowest user-rated game of all time!
