Chris Hemsworth does ASMR and shows you how sound effects are made (VIDEO)

And it’s also promoting Netflix’s Extraction 2

Netflix has uploaded a new video to promote Extraction 2 starring Chris Hemsworth , but no, it’s not an action scene, or a new trailer for the film. More specifically, through the official channel “Still Watching Netflix”, Hemsworth tries to impress you with his own ASMR.

The protagonist of Extraction 2 tries through this ASMR video to show you how the sound effects are made in the action scenes of the film, using various objects and food. For example, ASMR starts with him – in full troll style – trying to show you what it sounds like when he breaks an enemy’s arm in the movie. He does this as he tries to cut a piece of celery in half.

He then puts on a black glove and shows you how the punch sound effect is made. He seems to be hitting a steak with the glove and that’s how this sound is made.

Check out the ASMR video below:

The official synopsis for Extraction 2 reads: After narrowly surviving the events of the first film, Rake returns as an Australian black market mercenary for another deadly mission: to rescue the troubled family of a ruthless Georgian gangster from the prison where they are being held .

Hemsworth reunites with director Sam Hargrave , while the production is signed by Joe and Anthony Russo ‘s AGBO , and the script by Joe Russo. Golshifteh Farahani returns to her role from the first film, co-starring with Daniel Bernhardt and Tinatin Dalakishvili .

Extraction 2 will premiere exclusively on Netflix on June 16.
