Resident Evil Showcase event coming very soon
And we’ll probably see new footage from the RE4 Remake
Capcom has officially announced the next Resident Evil Showcase event , which will take place in October and will focus – as its name suggests – exclusively on the Resident Evil franchise.
The company confirmed the event through the social media of the series and, among other things, says that we will learn more about the Winter’s Expansion of Resident Evil Village , while at the same time we will see the Resident Evil 4 Remake again . The date of the Showcase is not yet locked and we expect to know it in the future.
A few hours ago we informed you with relevant news that Resident Evil 4 will finally be released on PlayStation 4, in addition to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, but the Japanese company did not mention Xbox One and Nintendo Switch at all. Finally, as it seems, the adventure of Leon S. Kennedy will not be exclusive “to the new generation” of consoles.
We’ll surely learn more in the upcoming Showcase, though, because Capcom says to stay tuned as it has more news about the franchise. Let us remind you that Resident Evil 4 Remake will be released on March 24, 2023, while the Village expansion comes on October 28.
