Let the Right One In Might Be Your Next Series to Start (VIDEO)

Showtime has released the official trailer for the TV series Let the Right One In , which will premiere in October and wants to be the next “hit” you see. In case the title of the series reminds you of something, it is because in 2008 a film with the same name was released, while a few years later we also saw a remake called Let Me In .

This is a project based on Ajvide Lindqvist’s book that hit the store shelves in 2004.

The series will focus on Mark and his daughter Eleanor, whose lives were suddenly changed ten years ago when she was turned into a vampire. Now locked away at 12, she only ventures out into the outside world at night, while her father does everything he can to give her human blood to stay alive.

The show will consist of ten episodes and will also star Demián Bichir (The Nun), Madison Taylor Baez, Željko Ivanek, Fernanda Andrade, Nick Stahl, Grace Gummer, Anika Noni Rose, Kevin Carroll, Ian Foreman and Jacob Buster. The show will be helmed by Andrew Hinderaker (Away) with Homeland’s Seith Mann in the director’s chair.
