Insidious 5 Plot Revealed – Meet the Film’s Cast  

But you will have to wait until July 2023

As we recently learned, Sony Pictures is set to release Insidious 5 in July 2023, and now, more new information has come to light.

This information concerns the cast that will make up the film, as it was known that the film will include Patrick Wilson, Rose Byrne, Sinclair Daniel, Peter Dager, Hiam Abbass, Ty Simpkins and AJ Dyer . The script has been edited by Scott Teems and Leigh Whannell , while as we have known for some time, Wilson is also going to be in the director’s chair.

Some information about the movie:

Josh Lambert (Wilson) heads east to drop off his son Dalton (Simpkins) at a beautiful ivy-filled university. However, Dalton’s dream of college becomes a nightmare when repressed demons from the past suddenly return to haunt them both.

Patrick Wilson recently stated the following:

It’s something I’m very passionate about. We’ve worked a lot with Scott Teems, the writer. Also, Leigh Whannell helped a lot with the project and of course Blumhouse with whom we have a great partnership.

I’ve done a lot of stuff with them, so I couldn’t be happier to make my directorial debut with Insidious 5 and this group of people.

In case you don’t know, Insidious is the second biggest horror franchise created by James Wan and Leigh Whannell, who previously collaborated on 2004’s Saw.

The beloved franchise returns with its 5th film, which is scheduled to premiere on July 7, 2023.
