rom the first moment that Apple introduced the iPhone 14 Pro and the evolution of the notch in Dynamic Island , various applications that brought corresponding functionality went viral in the Android ecosystem. Now, beyond the implementations of third-party developers, and one of the most well-known manufacturers of Android devices is ready to go a step further, preparing an official “clone”.
We are talking about Realme , a brand related to other Chinese giants, such as Oppo, Vivo and OnePlus, being subsidiaries of BBK Electronics. In particular, a high-ranking executive of the company was probably in a hurry and revealed through a tweet how much he loves the Dynamic Island of the new C-series models of the company, which in this case is called Mini Capsule . Of course, even though the executive was quick to delete the tweet, the internet managed to capture it, as you can see below thanks to 9to5Google .
Apart from this photo, however, in the last few hours a video from the extremely reliable leaker OnLeaks has been circulating on the internet, which shows in action exactly how the “capsule” will work. As with iPhones, it will open to show information such as the status and percentage of charge. Below you will find both the reason for the tweet in question and the aforementioned video.
As everything shows, then, Realme will be the first company to officially integrate its own variant of the much-discussed feature of Apple’s devices. In fact, it is not unlikely that in the near future we will see similar implementations from the other companies of the group, such as Oppo. It should also be noted that the Mobile World Congress 2023 is expected to take place in Barcelona, Spain, when any announcements may be just a few hours away.
