Johnny Depp returned to the role of Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean , where he was loved by millions of people, even if it was for the sake of a female fan. 

The 59-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean star dived into his iconic role once again, since we’ve seen him in public since 2017 when he last played Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales . 

In a meeting he had with a fan of his, she asked him on the spot to do a bit of the beloved Disney pirate for her, and of course Depp did not spoil the favor. 

Of course, the clip was recorded on TikTok where it immediately went viral, with users making special mention of how she instantly transforms for the role, even though she has been practicing it regularly for many years. 

In the context of Depp’s lawsuit with his ex-wife, Amber Heard, the Hollywood star has said that the rumors about his return as Jack Sparrow to the big screen are “made up rumours”. Even if Disney offered him “$300 million and an alpaca” he wouldn’t come back now, he had characteristically stated in the courtroom. 

With “Pirates of the Caribbean” Depp experienced huge success and his first Oscar nomination for Best Actor for his performance in ” Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl “, which was the 4th most successful 2003 film behind The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King  and Finding Nemo and The Matrix: Reloaded.  

He portrayed Jack Sparrow for four more films ” Dead Man’s Chest ” (2006), ” At World’s End ” (2007), ” On Stranger Tides ” (2011) and ” Dead Men Tell No Tales”  (2017), garnering  over $4.5 billion  dollars in total at the box office. 

But for now there are  two possibilities  that Disney is considering for Pirates of the Caribbean 6: One with  Margot Robbie  as the lead and one with Johnny Depp again as Jack Sparrow.
