The teaser for the Parasite creator’s new movie is here with Robert Pattinson

Bong Joon-ho of Parasite , Okja and other famous films has been preparing his next film for a long time, which is called Mickey 17 . It is a major production of Warner Bros. and with an amazing cast, with Robert Pattinson as the central protagonist .

Now, Warner has released the first teaser trailer from the film and is preparing us for something strange in March 2024 . The first trailer for the film is atmospheric and focuses on Pattinson’s character waking up suddenly and looking at the camera.

Some information about the film

It is worth mentioning that this film is inspired by the sci-fi novel, Mickey7, by Edward Ashton . The book’s central character is “Mickey 7”, an expendable employee on a human space mission to colonize the frozen planet Niflheim.

Whenever a crew mission is extremely difficult and suicidal they send Mickey. Each time he dies, a new body takes his place, but retains most of the memories of the previous one. After six deaths Mickey7 begins to understand the terms of the game and why this position had been vacant for so long.

The brilliant cast of the film

Bong Joon-ho’s new film stars many famous actors and the main cast consists of Toni Collette (The Sixth Sense, Hereditary, Nightmare Alley), Naomi Ackie (The End of the F***ing World, The Rise of Skywalker ), Steven Yeun (Minari, The Walking Dead) and Mark Ruffalo (Avengers).

Plan B Entertainment, Kate Street Picture Company and Offscreen, Inc. are also behind the production. The creative team is well-known names and includes Oscar-nominated cinematographer Darius Khondji (Okja, Evita), Oscar-nominated designer Fiona Crombie (The Favourite, Cruella), Oscar-nominated editor Yang Jin-mo (Parasite ) and costume designer Catherine George (Okja, Snowpiercer).

Mickey 17 will open in theaters on March 29, 2024.
