A strange new Silent Hill game is being developed by Annapurna – Check out the teaser  

Developed by the studio behind Stories Untold and Observation

In the midst of Konami ‘s special presentation on the future of the Silent Hill franchise we had the announcement of a new title to be published by Annapurna Interactive. 

The reason for Silent Hill: Townfall which was presented with a modest teaser trailer and which is surrounded by a veil of mystery for now. It is developed by NoCode, the studio that gave us the award-winning Stories Untold and Observation . 

The teaser trailer is quite sparse and shows a portable TV receiver and lots of strange images flickering, while the voiceover that is heard builds a creepy scene for someone trapped in Silent Hill. 

The director of the title, Jon McKellan hinted that the teaser hides many secrets and invited everyone to watch it more carefully. There are some on social media who claim that this is a first-person game set in the Silent Hill universe, although this has not been confirmed. 

The developers promise to return in 2023 and show us more about Silent Hill: Townfall. Watch the teaser trailer below:
