Tech companies are “pinching” those employees who left Twitter
“Don’t like Musk? Come to us!”
Elon Musk has laid off about 3,700 Twitter employees, nearly half of his workforce, and hundreds more have opted to quit. But the opportunity of young, experienced and talented workers has not been let down by the rest of the technology companies, which have indulged in a race to attract those who left Twitter.
As a leader, taking criticism is part of your job. Great leaders recognize that disagreements make you better, and that’s part of the process. If you want a place to disagree (in a polite, constructive way of course), HubSpot is hiring.

Other companies are following HubSpot’s approach.
Musk’s acquisition of Twitter was a failure. It is stressful, depressing and demotivating. At CoderPad, we believe that your skills say it all. Not where you sit, not if you sleep on the job, not if you work 7 days a week for 18 hours a day.
Musk’s public outcry revealed a high demand across the tech industry for skilled programming workers, creating a “hyper-competitive” market for technical talent.
The developments on Twitter are alarming. From our side it’s a huge opportunity as people who weren’t even talking to us before have landed and are looking. The toxic culture made people say “enough is enough”.
