Elon Musk is no longer the richest man in the world

Due to falling Tesla shares

A week ago Elon Musk momentarily lost the title of the richest man on the planet, but this change seems to be consolidating since yesterday Musk fell to second place again, after a big drop in the value of Tesla’s shares. According to Forbes , the CEO of luxury goods of the LVMH group, Bernard Arnault moved to the first place.

Musk owns the majority of Tesla shares at 14% and is currently worth $178 billion, while Arnault’s has soared to $188 billion.

Tesla shareholders criticize Musk that Twitter has distracted him from Tesla’s course, resulting in a drop in its value.

Musk has gone from super-hero for Tesla stock to super-villain in the eyes of Wall Street, and the situation worsens with his every tweet. The Twitter circus has hurt Musk’s brand and is affecting Tesla’s stock. Musk is Tesla and Tesla is Musk. – Dan Ives, Wedbush Securities

For the record, in the list of the richest people on the planet, India’s Gautam Adani of the construction sector is in third place with $135 billion and Amazon ‘s Jeff Bezos is in fourth place with $116 billion.
