The animated series “Batman: Caped Crusader” on HBO Max has been canceled
Early end for ‘Batman: The Animated Series’ creator Bruce Timm’s new series
In the midst of the reorganization and the upheaval that prevails in the echelons of Warner Bros. Discovery , other projects were canceled by order of its new CEO, David Zaslav.
This time it’s six animated series from Warner Bros. Animation with the biggest cut being infamously Batman: Caped Crusader , which was announced for HBO Max about a year ago.
This is the new animated series of the Dark Knight that came from Bruce Timm , creator of the legendary ” Batman: The Animated Series “. The project even involved JJ Abrams and Matt Reeves, who directed “The Batman”.
Batman: Caped Crusader is now looking for a home beyond…its main home, that is the Warner Bros. streaming service. as they will try to sell it to some other service.
Along with this, the following animated projects were also canceled: ” Merry Little Batman”, The Day The Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie and Bye Bye Bunny: A Looney Tunes Musical.
