Android 14: New feature is coming to clean all junk apps
Everything you need to know
The first version of Android 14 for developers was released a few days ago to some users and as it seems, it will bring a very important feature. As 9to5google reports , Google will bring a new feature with the upcoming version of Android that deals with “hidden” apps running in the background.
So the new feature wants to do away with all the ” bloatware ” and will let you see all the hidden apps installed in the background by your carrier or phone manufacturer.
Google says the following:
Your device manufacturer may install various applications on your phone “hiddenly” or allow mobile carriers to do so. The applications you see here are not required for the operation of your device and therefore you can uninstall them.
Below you will also find the image brought to the public eye by Mishaal Rahman, with 3 apps that were installed “hiddenly” and can be deleted from the device very simply.

It found a malware called Inware on his device , which means that Google’s new feature can also detect such malware. As for Google Play Services for AR and Spotify, as 9to5google says, that would be a mistake since Android 14 is still in its early stages.
So with Android 14, which will probably become available at the end of 2023, you will have control over all the apps and delete all the bloatware.
