Elon Musk: I’ll say whatever I want even if it costs me money (VIDEO)

He will continue to tweet about controversial topics

Elon Musk gave an all-out interview to CNBC, during which he defended his right to express his opinion on controversial issues on Twitter, even if those statements cost him money.

His statements come after a series of tweets that created reactions. Musk called the Texas mass shooting a psyop, was accused of anti-Semitism when he said George Soros hates humanity, and retweeted theories that have been debunked about crime and race.

When asked about this by CNBC’s David Farmer, after a long pause Musk answered.

I am reminded of the 1987 film, The Princess Bride, where Montoya confronts the man who killed her father. And he says, offer me money. Give me power. I don’t care .

Farmer went on to say “ so you just don’t care ”, only to receive a frozen look from Musk. Do you want to share what you have to say? “, he added. Finally Musk answered.

I will say what I have to say. If the consequences for this is to lose money, so be it.
