Meta begins testing its productive artificial intelligence

Tech giant Meta has entered the generative AI game, starting with testing new ad tools that will be able to generate content such as image backgrounds and text replacements. For these tests, a limited number of advertisers have been selected to participate in the experiment to evaluate Meta’s AI Sandbox . By July, the tools will be available to more advertisers, with widespread access coming sometime later in the year.

This is Facebook and Instagram’s first attempt at products that use artificial intelligence technology such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google’s Bard.

Meta’s AI will help brands create multiple versions of the same ad for different audiences. They will be able to create different backgrounds with simple written commands, create different versions of the text of the advertisement depending on the audience they are addressing, while there will also be tools for the correct “cutting” of the product images, with different proportions for each type of social media .
