How durable is the Apple Watch Ultra? – First he broke the table and then this!

It managed to withstand multiple hits

In the context of its recent Far Out event, along with the new iPhone 14, Apple also revealed the brand new Apple Watch Ultra . It is the company’s most durable smartwatch suitable for athletes, extreme activities and sports, with many advanced features.

In fact, the company put a lot of emphasis on the build quality, pointing out that it uses a titanium frame, while the front part has sapphire glass. Now, the well-known YouTube channel TechRax decided to test Apple’s claims by performing a series of endurance tests.

For starters, the midfielder dropped the clock from various heights. Predictably, this wasn’t a serious problem for the Apple Watch Ultra, which passed the test unscathed. The next test was a pot of screws. After quite a bit of shaking and contact with the sharp edges of the screws, the watch fared admirably, with the medium noting however that the orange strap gets dirty quite easily.

Finally, the Apple Watch Ultra has found its teacher, in the form of a…hammer. Of course, the watch put up a remarkable fight, first breaking the table (!) and then the screen stopped working. It took many more hard hits to break the front glass.

The final report shows, therefore, that the Apple Watch Ultra is indeed tough, but not indestructible. For more you can watch the aforementioned video through the player below.
