Samsung upgrades the Galaxy S23 camera – What’s new?

It will arrive here in April

Samsung has just released the new software update for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra in South Korea . Apart from the overall performance of the phones and some bugs, the new update also improves one more important part. That of the camera.

As the company typically mentions, it has improved the autofocus algorithm , as a result of which you can take your photos faster. More precisely, even if the camera is not fully focused, once you take a photo, the phone will automatically try to take what you want as quickly as possible.

However, if you don’t like this new feature and want the phone to be like before, you’ll be able to turn it off through the menu.

For faster photos, the autofocus can be changed and when the user takes a photo it will be able to, even if the phone is not fully focused. However, if you want to shoot something and it’s properly focused like before, you’ll be able to change the new setting through the camera menu.

All you have to do is go to settings in Camera Assistant and then Prioritize focus over speed ON or Off.

The new update, which improves other things on all three phones, has arrived in South Korea and is expected to be available elsewhere in April. For anything new stay tuned to Techblinders.com.
