More specifically, as Collider reports , it seems to have done exceptionally well this past weekend, grossing over $82 million in 4,202 theaters. This has resulted in its box office revenue in America now reaching 253 million, while worldwide it has collected 855 million dollars .
Yes, Avatar 2 “is a chick” before it approaches 1 billion, which will likely happen by the end of the week. However, in order for it to succeed and be considered a success, as we have known for a long time, it will need to reach 2 billion in revenue.
