League of Legends ‘President’ Releases Official 2022 World Championship Anthem

Well- known rapper Lil Nas X was named President of League of Legends by Riot  Games a few weeks ago – something of an ambassador for the title in short – with their collaboration culminating in the run-up to Worlds 2022. For those who don’t know, he’s the performer of recent big hits years such as ” Call me by Your Name “, ” Old Town Road ” and ” Montero “.  

The League of Legends World Championship has its own “anthem” every year, and this year Lil Nas X does the job with the track ” Star Walkin ‘”, which became available today and can be enjoyed through the official music video.

Lil Nas X is not the President of League of Legends by chance, as he will release a skin for the new and upcoming champion of League of Legends, named K’Sante, the Pride of Nazumah , designed by the well-known rapper. The skin in question will be called Prestige Empyrean K’Sante and will be released on November 3rd. You’ll be able to unlock him with Worlds 2022 tokens, which you get by completing in-game missions, but only until November 14th. 

In total, Riot’s League of Legends titles, which include  Team Fight Tactics, Legends of Runeterra, LoL: Wild Rift and Ruined King: A LoL Story , have over 180 million monthly players. 

For the record the Worlds Championship 2022 will be held from 29/09 and will end on 5 November.
