Harry Potter series: The president of Warner Bros. TV has good news for fans

We recently learned about the intentions of Warner Bros. Discovery to bring new Harry Potter movies to the screen , while a little later that the first TV series is “baked” . Although it is not something official, it seems that the company has been thinking for the last few months to bring the franchise back to your screens.

The order for “more Harry Potter” content was given by the new boss of the company, David Zaslav , and it seems that already at Warner they are moving heaven and earth to find the next step of Harry Potter. And that seems to be continuing now, as we’ve learned some very interesting information.

The president and CEO of Warner Bros. TV, Channing Dungey , spoke at the Content London TV conference in the UK. She, among other things, stated that she would like a TV series based on the franchise. The statements you will read below are carried by Variety .

I wish I could tell you that something was on the horizon, but there is a lot of interest and a lot of passion for something like this.
What’s great is that the audience is also engaged and ready for something like this. And this was also shown by the tremendous response that Return to Hogwarts had last year that played on HBO Max.
So we just have to figure out what the next and right step is.
