iOS 15.6: Arrived with major fixes – Update your Apple devices instantly

Maybe the last update before iOS 16

Apple has just made the newest software updates available for its various product lines, releasing the following: iOS 15.6 , iPadOS 15.6 , macOS 12.5 , watchOS 8.7 and tvOS 15.6 .

We’re probably dealing with the last updates for iPhones and iPads before the big iOS 16 upgrade is released. So we don’t have any new features, just a few bug fixes. However, it is recommended that you update all your Apple devices immediately.

The reason; The update brings a very long list of security updates , closing gaps that existed in various aspects of iOS, such as Internet access via Wi-Fi, the operating kernel itself, etc.

It’s worth noting that this might actually be the last update ever released for owners of the iPhone 6S, iPhone 7 and iPhone SE (first generation), since those devices will stop being supported with the arrival of iOS 16.

Finally, it should be mentioned that since the updates are gradually becoming available, if you still don’t see anything in the settings application, first restart your device and alternatively check again in an hour or two.
