In the spotlight came yet another unpleasant news today , which states that Pat Carroll , who became widely known in Disney’s ” The Little Mermaid “, passed away at the age of 95. Carroll was in the English voice cast of ” The Little Mermaid ” and her career spanned over 70 years.
News of the 95-year-old actress’ death was confirmed by her rep, Derek Maki, who told Variety that Carroll died with her best friend by her side in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, while recovering from pneumonia.

Born on May 5, 1927 in Shreveport, La., Patricia Ann Carroll’s family moved to Los Angeles when she was five years old. There he began acting in local productions at a young age before attending the Catholic University of America and later enlisting in the US Army during World War II.
