A few hours ago we informed you with news that Ash Ketchum , the beloved protagonist of the Pokémon anime , achieved his goal and became the best trainer of all time.

After 25 years, the legendary ten-year-old with the red hat and Pikachu by his side, climbed the podium and won the coveted cup, with fans rejoicing in his victory.

This episode was played on Friday in Japan and for now we don’t know when it will reach our parts. However, the clip is already on YouTube – if you don’t want to wait – and you can watch it below:

In this episode, Ash’s Pikachu defeated a Charizard that belonged to Leon, who if you’re a fan of the games, you’ll surely remember as a trainer in Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield. This great battle took place during the biggest Pokemon tournament, called “ Pokémon World Coronation Series Masters Eight ”, in which various champions from all over the world face each other.

When will this episode play?

The final episode of the “Journeys” series aired in Japan on Friday, and is expected to air on Netflix next year. This, as far as the US is concerned. At the moment we do not know when we will see it on Greek Netflix.
