Everything Everywhere All at Once broke A24’s Box Office record

Reaching a new milestone

Everything Everywhere All at Once is definitely one of the most special films to hit theaters this year, and it seems that audiences rewarded A24 ‘s production accordingly .

Going into details, the multiverse film by Dan Kwan and Daniel Scheinert managed to cross $100 million at the global box office . This amount is derived from the combined ticket receipts from all theaters that played the film worldwide.

This is a big milestone that not many films manage to overcome and in fact it is a new record for A24, since none of its films in the past had managed to erase a better course at the box office . For history, in terms of ranking of the company’s films, after Everything Everywhere All At Once follows 2018’s Hereditary with a worldwide box office of $81 million, then 2017’s Lady Bird with $78 million, after 2016’s Moonlight with $64 million and rounding out the top five is 2019’s Uncut Gems with $50 million worldwide.

In case you are not familiar with Everything Everywhere All at Once, in his review for Unboxholic.com, Antonis Pavlidis stated:

Everything Everywhere All at Once is definitely the weirdest movie of this year. Daniels managed once again, after the delightful Swiss Army Man of 2016, to provoke intense discussion, but also reflection about their work. The question of whether it is a modern masterpiece or a big failure will be answered by the passage of time. The only thing that is certain is that, even if its content does not touch you emotionally, the image, the editing and the sound triumph in the room, offering the ultimate cinematic experience.
