Final Fantasy 16: Boss battles and more in new 25-minute gameplay video

We also learned that the companions are controlled by AI that constantly responds to the player’s commands and adapts accordingly. You will have a mount by your side which will not only help you but will also have its own will in battles.
The big highlight, however, is hidden in the Eikon vs Eikon battles that will take place in real time. This is how you will control your own Eikon, completely changing the gameplay depending on the opponent you will have in front of you. So it can change genre and from side scrolling shooter to find yourself in a wrestling battle between giant monsters.
The presentation also showed how you will acquire equipment and upgrade it, how you will navigate and all the activities and sidequests you will be able to complete in the world of Valisthea with Clive.

Finally, through the presentation it became known that the soundtrack of FF XVI will be composed by the distinguished Japanese musician Kenshi Yonezu , while the producer of the title, Naoki Yoshida promised that they have many more things to show from Final Fantasy 16.
The game director, Hiroshi Takai, has given some interviews recently saying that the game will take between 35 and 40 hours if you just want to complete its main story. However, if you want to see everything the game has to offer, 100%, then it will take 70 hours or more.

FF16 will not be a classic open world game , while the company also mentioned the combat system, which will not be turn-based in order to reach the younger audience. Also, it was recently announced that the title will have cinematics lasting…more than 5 movies!
