Yellowjackets: The hit series has been renewed for a 3rd season before the 2nd cycle has even played!

Season of Yellowjackets may not have aired on Showtime yet , but get ready for Season now . Yes, you read that right.

More specifically, as Collider reports , Showtime seems to be confident about this show and revealed that it has been renewed for a third season. Let us remind you somewhere here that the series debuted in November 2021, it was a huge success and the 2nd season is expected in March 2023.

The first cycle had over 5 million weekly viewers across all the platforms it played on, and has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Yellowjackets begins in 1996, as a team of New Jersey high school football players travels to Seattle for a national tournament. While flying over Canada, their plane crashes out in the wilderness and the remaining surviving members of the group fight for their survival for nineteen months.
