PlayStation VR2 technical specifications:

Sony had announced at the beginning of the year the official technical specifications of the PlayStation VR2, which will offer 4K HDR display with OLED screens and larger viewing angles, since the FOV will reach 110 degrees. At the same time, the framerate has also gone up and so its games will now run at 90 or 120Hz.

At the same time, the company also invests in immersion through vibration and 3D sound, as we have already seen with the PS5. In this context, the new PS VR2 specially designed controls will have haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, while the headset will also have sensory feedback and headphones with 3D audio. Continuing with the impressive technologies, Sony has announced that the PlayStation VR2 will also incorporate sensors to detect eye movements, to make the experience even better in a number of ways.

Finally, the company has also thought about the convenience factor and so now the entire connection to the console will be very easy with a single, simple USB-C cable.
