Apple is moving into the 3nm era
Thanks to TSMC
The world’s largest chip maker, TSMC, is ready to start producing chips with 3nm architecture. As one of the company’s biggest customers, Apple stands to benefit from this technological leap. So it is very likely that we will see the devices of 2023 with such a chip.
Rumor has it that TSMC will officially start production on December 29th after a celebratory ceremony at the Southern Taiwan Science Park, where it will reveal in detail its plans to expand production.

Reports so far point to the new technology being integrated into Apple’s M2 Pro chip, which will be seen in the MacBook 14, MacBook 16, Mac Studio and Mac mini. Later, the M3 chips will also be produced at 3nm, as well as the A17 Bionic.
