WWDC 2023: Greek time for the Apple show with iOS 17, VR/AR, etc.

The countdown is coming to an end

The day has arrived, today Apple ‘s Worldwide Developers Conference 2023 finally begins . It is a conference for developers, giving them the opportunity to attend various sessions related to the Apple ecosystem, both online and in person at the impressive Apple Park.

However, in addition to the specialized events planned until the 9th of the month, WWDC23 starts with a show for all the fans of Apple products. In particular, today, Monday, June 5 at 8:00 p.m. (Greece time) the opening presentation of the conference is expected to take place.

What we’ll see at the WWDC23 kick-off show:

Traditionally, since we’re talking about a software developer conference, Apple focuses on —you guessed it— software. However, this year things are expected to be somewhat different. According to the rumors and leaks we have been hearing for months, we are expected to finally see the VR/AR Headset that the company is preparing.

Yes, Apple will be making its first foray into the space, with a state-of-the-art virtual/mixed reality headset that sounds like it will have top-of-the-line specs and a hefty price tag. The company certainly has many questions to answer and if the price information is true, it must convince us of the reasons that will make its own headset unique.

Continuing, the “sure thing” of WWDC23 is iOS 17 . It is almost certain that today we will see the new version of the iPhone operating system in action , learning detailed information about everything it will include. Finally, we are expected to learn news about iPadOS 17 , macOS 14 , tvOS 17 , but also about watchOS 10 which sounds like it will be quite a big step.
