Harrison Ford: “Indiana Jones 5 will blow your mind”  

The famous actor talked about the upcoming film

During the D23 expo , Lucasfilm shared the first footage of Indiana Jones 5 for all event attendees. While this footage hasn’t been released yet, some interesting information has come in about the upcoming film, which is expected to premiere in June 2023.

Harrison Ford took the stage at the D23 expo and said the following:

Thank you for making these movies such an incredible experience for all of us. I’m very proud to say it, but the new film is fantastic.

Also, the now 80-year-old actor said that this series has been loved and is known for its fantasy and mystery elements and added: We have a really great story in this movie and overall it’s a movie that will blow your mind!

In addition to the protagonist Harrison Ford, we will also see in the cast Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag), Mads Mikkelsen (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), Thomas Kretschmann (King Kong), Boyd Holbrook (Logan), Shaunette Renée Wilson (Black Panther ), Toby Jones (Captain America: The First Avenger) and Antonio Banderas (The Mask of Zorro).

The actor also spoke highly of Waller-Bridge and she reciprocated by saying ” I had an amazing time doing this film “.

Indiana Jones 5 will not be directed by Steven Spielberg, but with Logan and Walk the Line director James Mangold taking the reins.

It is worth mentioning that it is the first film of the franchise, after an absence of 14 years, since we last saw it in cinemas in 2008 with Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

Indiana Jones 5 is scheduled to premiere in June 2023.
