Xiaomi Mix Fold 2: This is the company’s new phone
The new foldable proposal
The CEO of Xiaomi , Lei Jun has just revealed the company’s new phone, which as we have known for a few days through leaks, is the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2. It is the company’s new “foldable” proposal, which comes with a special style and 6.56 inches AMOLED screen when the device is folded and 8 inches LTPO2 OLED and resolution 1914×2160 when unfolded, in 21:9 aspect ratio. Its screens are protected with Gorilla Glass Victus, while also supporting 120Hz.
The main screen is HDR10+ and Dolby Vision certified and features Schott UTG glass for greater durability. The maximum brightness is at 1,300 nits. The phone is equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 with options for 12GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
As for the cameras, we have here a 20MP teardrop selfie, while on the back the central sensor is the 50MP Sony IMX766 with OIS and a Leica lens. In addition, it has a 13MP for ultrawide and an 8MP for telephoto shots.
The Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 has a 4,500mAh battery and supports 67W fast wired charging, while running alongside MIUI Fold 13 based on Android 12.
There are two color options gold and black and its price starts at $1340. At the moment we do not know when or if it will come to our country
