Twitter “crashed” – Blackout for the social network with thousands of reports [UPDATE]

The social network is facing problems in the last hour

[UPDATE] The Twitter blackout appears to be gradually fading as reports have been decreasing on Downdetector for the past few minutes. We also found from our own tests that the Twitter feed and its basic functions are back, although some interruptions are still observed. 

However, everything seems to be back to normal for Twitter.

Twitter has not been accustomed to “blackouts” lately, but it seems that in the last hour it suffered exactly that  .

There are thousands of reports from all over the world, that Twitter has “fallen” as it does not work, neither the login nor the Twitter feed.

According to downdetector.com reports of Twitter problems are in the hundreds in the last few minutes, indicating that the problem is widespread.

We will update this article for anything new.
