Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube had a massive outage  

Their function seems to have been restored

The world’s largest social media seems to have experienced some problems in their operation, with thousands of users reporting that they did not have access to them for hours. The problem for Meta’s Instagram and Facebook was attributed to a technical issue and has since been smoothed out. As of this morning at 8:30 there are no reports of problems.

Twitter started experiencing problems from last night, with users unable to post tweets, receiving the message ” you have exceeded your daily tweet limit ” for no reason. Twitter’s support account said that “ the service may not work as expected for some of you. Sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware of this and are working to fix it .”

YouTube was unavailable for some users on Wednesday night, with the company not disclosing the number of those affected. The problems seem to have been resolved today.
