Evil Dead Rise: New footage invites you to the theaters

Evil Dead Rise is set to hit theaters this April, and the first official poster has just been released. Warner Bros. Discovery and New Line invite you to the 5th ^film of the franchise, which is expected to be extremely scary and this can be seen from the image you will see below.

It is worth mentioning that Lee Cronin of The Hole in the Ground has taken over the direction.

This is the synopsis of Evil Dead Rise:

In the 5th Evil Dead movie, Beth visits her older sister Ellie, who is raising three children alone in a small apartment in Los Angeles. Their reunion is mysteriously interrupted, as they discover a book that “spawns” demons and will be faced with a nightmarish version of motherhood.

This was the first official poster of the film and in all probability, since we are getting closer to its big premiere, maybe very soon the first trailer will arrive.

This project stars Gabrielle Echols (Reminiscence), Morgan Davies (The End), Nell Fisher (Splendid Isolation), Alyssa Sutherland and Lily Sullivan . It is worth mentioning that Sam Raimi , Bruce Campbell and Robert Tapert are in the production. All three of them have helped “a lot” in making this film the way it should be. However, Campbell will not appear at all in this film as Ash Williams.

The first Evil Dead was released in 1981 and it’s now forty years since it gave the audience absolute horror with the creator Sam Raimi’s trilogy.
