The Fireflies You Loved Return to Netflix With Season 2 (VIDEO)

Netflix has finally opened its doors for a show that was a huge hit when its 1st season ^was released. We are talking about ” Firefly Lane “, which returns fiercer this December with new episodes and of course the two best friends in new adventures.

For Tully and Kate, there is no obstacle that can stand in their friendship. But is there a mistake that could separate them forever? This is what Netflix tells us in the official caption of the series, and below you can read the first information.

The first information about the new season:

What ruined the relationship of eternal Fireflies Tally and Kate who were best friends for 30 years? This season will give the answer. But before that, Kate experiences the painful effects of Johnny’s ill-fated trip to Iraq, while Tally faces a lawsuit for abandoning her show midway through and must rebuild her career from scratch.

On this occasion, she searches for answers about herself and her origins, trying, among other things, to find the father she never met despite the wishes of her hidden hippie mother, Cloud. In the 1980s, we see Kate and Johnny fall in love, which creates drama in their office, while Tally finds professional success as she argues (and flirts!) with cocky sportscaster Danny Diaz.

Maybe she’s found her match, if they can go five minutes without fighting. In the 70s on the other hand, teenagers Kate and Tally struggle to maintain their friendship as Cloud goes to prison for drug dealing and Tally goes to live with her grandmother, far away from Firefly Lane. Distraught that they won’t be together in high school, the girls know that all they really need is to stay together.

It is worth noting how the show is based on Kristin Hannah’s best-selling book of the same name, which was released in 2008.
