Stranger Things Season 5 – Netflix Just Confirmed The First Item!
We learned the title of the first episode
As we informed you , November 6 was designated by Netflix as the official Stranger Things Day 2022 . So, as part of the celebrations, the subscription service has released the first teaser for the upcoming season 5 .
In more detail, through the official accounts of Stranger Things on social media, a photo was released that reveals the title of the first episode of the 5th season . Episode #501 will therefore be called “Chapter One: The Crawl”.
As with many things on the show, fans are already speculating that the title is a reference to a classic Dungeons & Dragons scenario, in which “the heroes navigate a dungeon/maze-like environment, fighting various monsters, avoiding traps, and solving puzzles”.
Of course, since filming isn’t expected to start until 2023, it will take some patience before we see “Chapter One: The Crawl” on our screens.
Some information about Stranger Things 5:
The writers of Stranger Things started working on Season 5 in August, as they announced via Instagram. At the same time, the spinoff series of Stranger Things has been announced , which will be completely different from the original.
Speaking to Collider, the creators revealed that while the 5th season will be even longer than the previous ones, the total hours will not exceed ten hours.
We’re aiming for 10 hours or so. I think it will be longer than Season 1 because we have a lot of things to finish, but it probably won’t be as long as Season 4.
Based on this, Ross Duffer said that an overall change to the story would make up for the difference in runtime, adding:
In Season 4, for example, two hours passed before our characters even realized the monster was killing people in Hawkins. They know what the threat is now and that will help accelerate it.
