Apple may be preparing a ‘giant’ iPad

With a much larger screen

New information about Apple ‘s future plans and in particular for the iPad has come to light. In particular, the reliable media outlet The Information cites sources close to the company, stating that the American giant is working on a new iPad with a much larger screen.

More specifically, Apple’s goal is to bring a 16-inch iPad to market in the fourth quarter of 2023 . At the moment, the largest model in the company’s lineup is the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, which comes with a powerful chip that makes it ideal even for video editing or photo editing. Obviously, an iPad with an even larger screen would greatly help such processes, making it comparable to regular laptops.

For the record, this isn’t the first time we’ve heard of such an iPad. In particular, for years there have been rumors about larger models with 14 or 15-inch screens, with the well-known insider Mark Gurman talking about the possibility from 2021. In particular, he recently emphasized that the largest iPad might arrive within the next two years, which it goes along with a new report from The Information that talks about a release towards the end of 203.

Of course, for the time being Apple has not made any official announcement, so it remains to be seen what of all the above is true in the end.
