David Beckham’s reality documentary is available on Disney Plus

For a few days now, the David Beckham reality -documentary has been released on the Greek Disney Plus , which wants to take you on a little journey, if you love football. Entitled,  Save Our Squad with David Beckham , the series focuses on the legendary soccer player, who returns home and helps a small team.

David Beckham is coming home. A career that has taken him to the pinnacle of world football now takes him back to his roots: east London. This is the place where his football career started, in the Echo division.

In this series, the famous footballer joins the Westward Boys, a grassroots group of under-14s from east London in desperate need of help. Westward Boys have not won a game all season and are in danger of relegation. Beckham will have to use all his football experience in order to save these children.

With moments of heroism, but also with disappointments, with failures and atonements, Westward Boys, its coaches and the families of its members, will live experiences during this season that they will never forget.

The first season is now available on Disney Plus and consists of four episodes titled: “ Coming Home ”, “ Raising the Effort ”, “ United ” and “ Don’t Give Up ”.
